The Royal Philatelic Society of Canada (RPSC) is pleased to welcome the world to CAPEX 22. The RPSC was founded in 1887. As Canada’s national stamp collecting society, The RPSC is a spokesperson for all stamp collectors in Canada. Membership in the Society is open to anyone – a beginner or an advanced collector.  The mission of the RPSC is to take a leadership role in promoting and encouraging “stamp collecting” (which includes the collection of topicals, thematics, postal history, aerophilately, and the use of postcards and other ephemera) for Canadians of all ages, genders and ethnicity and to be an inclusive not exclusive organization. Our audience includes the public, beginning collectors, specialists and the philatelic community at large. The RPSC’s objectives include encouraging the preparation of presentations and monographs, books and other educational material for the public, including all those who are engaged in philatelic activities. To this end, the RPSC has developed educational materials/programmes on exhibiting to encourage exhibiting at all levels and classes. The RPSC provides stamp talks and panels on a monthly basis. Recordings of these talks are available to members on the RPSC website. Members also receive a monthly newsletter and an annual subscription for 6 issues of The Canadian Philatelist, the RPSC’s award-winning publication.
